OPTION #1 – MONTHLY BUDGETING
Monthly budgeting of your fee over the length of treatment can be customized for you with either an initial down payment and lower monthly payments, or a lower initial payment and higher monthly payments, whichever works best for you!
All of this is done for your convenience with automatic monthly credit card payments on the day that’s best for you, or Automated Checking (ACH) monthly payment withdrawals.
OPTION #2 – PAYMENT IN FULL COURTESY DISCOUNT
This is a popular payment option and a great way to save on your new smile! Receive a 5% bookkeeping courtesy discount on your treatment fee if payment in full is made when treatment begins.
OPTION #3 – CARECREDIT
Third-party, low-cost financing through CareCredit helps you customize a monthly payment plan for up to 60 months!
INSURANCE
Our specially trained orthodontic insurance and benefits coordinator, along with our electronic insurance claims processing, ensures you receive any applicable orthodontic benefits quickly and efficiently.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance.
Remember that insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will electronically submit your claims to help you recover your benefits as quickly as possible.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
